- Recovering money lost in a trade, a payment dispute or a scam
- Telling you whether a particular trade, buyer or seller is genuine
- Giving financial, legal or tax advice
If you have lost money to fraud, contact your bank right away and report it on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or by calling 1930. The sooner it is reported, the better the chance of action.

What to Expect After You Write
We read every message, but we are not a call centre and cannot promise a fixed reply time. Reports about fake sites and scams are usually looked at first, because they help protect other readers. If we cannot answer something, we will say so plainly rather than guess.
Our Telegram channel is only used for general updates. We never ask anyone for money, deposits, "activation fees" or personal banking details, on Telegram or anywhere else. Anyone doing so in our name is a scammer.

01 Is this the official Incoin Pay customer support?
No. We are an independent information site and do not operate the app. For app problems, use the support or appeal option inside the app.
02 Can you recover money I lost in a trade or scam?
No, we cannot reverse payments or recover funds. Contact your bank immediately and report the fraud at cybercrime.gov.in or on 1930.
03 Will you ever ask for my OTP, password or UPI PIN?
Never. We do not need these for anything. If someone asks for them in our name, it is a fraud attempt.
04 How long does a reply take?
We are a small team and do not promise a fixed time. We read every message, though we may not be able to reply to each one.
05 Can I contact you on Telegram?
