IncoinPay.org.in is a small editorial website. We write plain-language guides that explain how P2P token trading apps generally work in India, what the common risks are, and how users can protect themselves from payment fraud and fake download pages.

We are not a regulator and we cannot confirm or deny a platform's licence status on anyone's behalf.

Not being registered does not by itself make an activity illegal, but it does mean that you may have no regulator to turn to if a dispute arises. We do not claim that any platform is "government approved", "RBI approved", or "100% safe", and you should be cautious of anyone who does.

We try to keep our guides correct and current, and every page shows the date it was last reviewed. Even so, apps release updates, fees change, and rules evolve, so some details may be out of date by the time you read them.

Apps in this category are often shared as Android APK files instead of through the Google Play Store. Installing a file from outside the Play Store always carries risk, because the file may be altered, bundled with unwanted software, or be a fake copy.

In a P2P trade, money moves directly between two users over UPI. Neither this website nor, in many cases, the app itself stands between you and the other person, so mistakes and fraud can be hard to reverse.

• Always confirm a payment in your own bank or UPI app before releasing tokens. A screenshot is not proof.
• Be careful with UPI collect requests, wrong UPI IDs, and pressure to act quickly.
• Money received from a stranger may later be questioned by a bank or authority if it is linked to a complaint. Keep records of your trades.
• We are not responsible for losses that arise from trades between users.
